Our founding principle of creating "an unbelievable place to work for our team" has provided a lighthouse to guide our culture efforts. These efforts have been validated by winning 15\ 2nd, and 3rd place for Canada's top small/medium employer from the Great Place To Work institute. Worth noting: we only applied a total of three times and won second place in our first year of applying. We have also won a spot on the Canada's Top 100 Employers list, as well as awards for our efforts to build a healthy workplace. Founder/CEO Jason Atkins was invited, along with 360 investor and Dragon's Den star Bruce Croxon, to present a keynote on the ROI of culture at the 2014 Great Place To Work conference. Our culture curator Travis Dutka has also become a sought-after speaker on subjects of HR/culture, and has recently launched a culture podcast called Culture From Scratch.
