Before assuming this role, David was CTO & VP Client Services for IntelliResponse where he led the expansion of the product into analytics, social and mobile markets as well as starting the transformation of their work towards voice of the customer. This year, IntelliResponse was awarded Deloitte’s Fast 50 and Fast 500 based on their 5 year revenue growth.
