Description: Membership in this special roundtable is by invitation only from the AceTech Ontario Board of Directors and is for the CEOs and Presidents of Ontario's Leading Technology companies who want to invest in themselves and are passionate about helping to build the Technology Ecosystem in Canada while growing their business. The members of this Roundtable will have the opportunity to learn and hear stories from their peers of large scale, fast growing technology companies while providing guidance and advice in return. This roundtable will also discuss how AceTech Ontario's members and affiliates can contribute to the growth of tech in the province. Meeting agenda and materials will be distributed in advance giving members time to prepare. Each member will also be given the chance at each meeting to ask questions about what is currently relevant to them and their businesses.

Description: The B2B SaaS Roundtable focuses on dealing with the issues surrounding cloud and subscription models, building B2B sales and channels, and raising financing for growing technology businesses. The group also discusses how to manage growth of a recurring revenue business, sales, people/process/systems and HR. At each meeting, 2 members of the roundtable have the opportunity to share while soliciting advice from the group. Periodically, case studies will be discussed or 3rd party speakers will be invited.

The Roundtable format rotates between members presenting business plans and key issues, ad-hoc discussions and top 2-3 issues of the day.

Members of the Roundtable are all given the opportunity to share current issues and ask advice from the group. This is a group where ego is left at the door and equal time is spent learning from member’s successes and failures. New members will find relief in the realization that their problems are usually familiar to the group, and that they can learn from the scars of others who have tackled it firsthand.
